| 조치 요약 | The original intent of this regulation was to establish uniform policies and procedures for the purchase of services within local departments of social services. The regulation includes standards and contracting procedures for providers of purchased services and guidelines for local departments of social services on the services available for purchase. Since the implementation of this regulation, programs have come under many and varied funding sources so that one uniform regulation for purchase of services is no longer feasible. Each program area addresses in regulation and/or policy the procedures for handling purchase of services. |
