During the 2013 legislative session the General Assembly enacted a change to the Virginia Enterprise Zone Grant Program statute regarding the redisgnation of joint enterprie zones. Changes to the statute require amending the program Regulation to bring it into conformity with the revised statute. This amendment copies the statutory provisions on redesignation into the regulation. |
