| 조치 요약 | These regulatory changes will bring the Standards for Licensed Family Day Homes into conformity with changes made to §§ 63.2-1702 and 63.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia by the 2013 Session of the General Assembly (Chapters 182 and 545 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly). A substantive change was made in subsection C of 22VAC40-111-30; the requirement for the licensee to give evidence of financial responsibility was deleted. Due to this deletion, the remaining text is re-lettered. |
