Changes to the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant Program regulations were extensive; therefore, Chapter 70 regulations were repealed and Chapter 71 regulations were adopted. The regulations were adopted for implementation and administration of a grant program for students attending private nonprofit colleges and universities in Virginia. The regulations provide definitions; institutional application to participate procedures; disbursement of funds procedures; student eligibility criteria; amount of awards; and responsibilities of the council, participating institutions, and students. |
