The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2. This regulatory action will make the following changes: Section 30 - Delete the references to §§ 3.1-420 through 3.1-424, §§ 3.1-530.1 through 3.1-530.10, §§ 3.1-531.1 through 3.1-542, or §§ 3.1-544 through 3.1-545.1 and replace them with §§ 3.2-5200 through 3.2-5210 or §§ 3.2-5218 through 3.2-5233, respectively. Sections 60 and 70 - Delete the reference to § 3.1-941.1 and replace it with § 3.2-5620.
