1. Guidance Document 5752: Financial Report and Report Prepared by Independent Certified Public Accountant. The guidance document provides guidance regarding the procedures for financial reporting required by §§ 54.1-2324 and 54.1-2333 of the Code of Virginia. This guidance is no longer necessary. 2. Guidance Document 3730: Sample General Price List. Regulation 18 VAC 47-20-220 of the Cemetery Board requires cemetery companies to furnish a written general price list. The Board developed this sample price list as an example of the type of information a cemetery company should provide to the consumer on its general price list. This document does not appear to meet the definition of “Guidance Document” as described in §§ 2.2-4002.1 and 2.2-4101 of the Code of Virginia. The document will be withdrawn from Town Hall.
