제안된 지침 문서 변경 사항 설명

The Commonwealth Transportation Board approved changes to the Transportation Alternatives Program Guide on July 18, 2023. This guide has been updated to reflect the current federal regulations that apply to this program, incorporate recent Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) policy changes, and remove guidance that is captured in elsewhere in public VDOT documents, such as the Locally Administered Projects Manual. Descriptions of internal VDOT process not pertinent to program management have been removed. Information that changes on a frequent basis, such as the details of the application process and listing of required application attachments, has been removed and will be provided in alternate formats as appropriate and necessary. This updated guide is intended to serve as a valid reference for overarching Transportation Alternatives information until such changes are made to the federal guidance or regulations or CTB policy.
