제안된 지침 문서 변경 사항 설명

Legislation that was passed in 2019 limited the purview of the Employment Service Organization Steering Committee to focus only Long-Term Employment Support Services and Employment Support Services. New language was included in the final SFY23 and 24 biennium budget regarding the Committee’s responsibilities. The amendment expands the scope of the ESOSC to include other services of which ESOs are current or proposed vendors. These changes are noted in the revision of the policy manual. Per the recommendation of the Employment Service Organization Steering Committee, there is an addition under Allocations for New and Unserved/Underserved section 2, page 8 regarding existing ESOs use of funds while being on the waitlist for approval to expand their service area. There are also changes that further explain details regarding allowable use of funds and case closure that were not in the original policy manual.
