제안된 지침 문서 변경 사항 설명

Revisions to the Traffic Impact Analysis Regulations Administrative Guidelines have been proposed. These include revisions to the Trip Generation section to improve clarity and eliminate redundancy; additions to the Trip Generation section to add information on the 10th and 11th Editions of ITE Trip Generation and the 3rd Edition of the Trip Generation Manual; revisions to the Internal Capture and Pass-By Trip section to improve clarity; an addition to the Internal Capture and Pass-By Trip section referencing the 3rd Edition of the Trip Generation Manual; and revisions to the Traffic Analysis section to improve clarity and update hyperlinks.
